Qualities
Vikuba is offering a superb morphology with a great neck, well oriented with a delicate throat. She shows a strong topline with a tense and short back and a long croup. She also has a good and oblic shoulder with a powerful chest and a deep girth.
In addition, Vikuba is a very feminine and typy mare, with a lot of qualities for the show. She was several times well noted in show as well for type than for her movements are spectacular, a real "moving machine" !

Vihoda, the dam of Vikuba, is a daughter of the National champion stallion Karnaval. She was owned by my friend Diane Berthod from Elevage Bluegold before her death in 2008. Vihoda win her class in show and gave very good offspring as Vadir (Nadir), foal national champion. Karnaval 1/1 (0-0-1), by Naftalin 1/10 (2-1-3) x Karinka 2/21 (8-8-2)- Aswan, is Nederland National champion. He was exported in Italy and is the sire of very succesful horses in race and in show. His daughter Valujevska, one of the most valuable Tersk broodmares, also gave several race winners. Vestival, Vihoda and Verkarna, all by Karnaval x Verdjina, all show winners, are other excellent examples of the high quality of this stallion. Karnaval gave daughters who are exceptional broodmares. Delaware Park, another of his sons, is a very good endurance horse.
The dam of Karnaval is Karinka, great race horse, full sibling of Kilimandscharo, who also gave Kosmonaut with Naftalin and his half brother by Prizrak, the great Drug !
Verdjina, the dam of Vihoda, is an *Elite mare, daughter of the horse of the Century, Balaton. She gave very succesful offspring in The Nederlands, between others Vestival, Verkarna (many times champion, dam of champion, known for her exceptional movement).
Bloodlines
Vikuba is a daughter of the *Elite stallion Kubay Khan, international and national show champion, best in show and first premium licensed on several occasions. Kubay Khan is an exceptional stallion because of his own results but much more because of the very high qualities of his offspring. Indeed, he is the sire of numerous show champions, for example, MM Sultan, 3 times Nederland National champion and best stallion, AF Fine Bayla, Nakubaya Kossack (1rst place on A show). Kubay Khan and his son MM Sultan are standing at my friends Abigail and Chris' place : Arabian Fantasie - Rijssen - The Nederlands.
Kubay Khan is a son of the prestigious Kubinec (by Balaton, european champion), *Elite stallion, born in Tersk in Russia in 1987. Kubinec is known as the best son of Balaton, legendary sire, himself called Horse of the Century ! Kubinec arrived in Europe in 1991 and began his fantastic show and breedingcareer. He win German National championship, European Championship, World Championship and the Platinum Cup. The ECAHO gave him his higher award : 5 stars for all his career and his offspring results ! Indeed, his offspring had win all the avalaible titles : National Championships, Nations Cup, European and World Championships and the famous titles of US National Champion and Scottdale Grand Champion. Kubinec's dam is Kosmetika, daughter of the famous Muscat, triple crown champion in 1980 : USA, Scottdale and Canada champion, and of the K line founder Karta 2/16(4-4-1). Karta is one of the fourth "Queens of Tersk" and is the dam of Kilimandscharo (*Elite stallion and German National Champion, sire of many good endurance and show horses) and the sister of the great Kumir (Mak). Karta is also the dame of Carolina, the Karavan's dam ; Kariatida, the Kupol's dam ; Karinka 2/21 (8-8-2), the dam of Drug, Karnaval, Kingsize, Kosmonaut, Vakansia ; Klarnet, etc.
The dam of Kubay Khan is Volnaia, a daughter of the great Naftalin 1/10 (2-1-3), which perpetuate the line of Koheilan I - Piolun (throughout his sire Topol 2/16(9-4-3)). Naftalin, which impressed the Tersk's visitors with his huge expressive eyes, gave many great sons at Tersk : Almaz (sold for 430.000 $), Aspekt (All Stakes traditional race winner), Bagdad, Versal, Gordon, Parusnik, Perepel, ... As a two years old, Naftalin was raced ten times and was placed 6 times. The damline of Kubay Khan carries the blood of another Tersk's legend : the stallion Peleng. He is considered as one of the most stunning stallion never exported from the Tersk Stud. In 1985, he was sold to the USA for the amount of $ 3,200,000 ! His daughter Vakansia, the Volnaia's dam, is a Russian Derby winner ! She is also a daughter of the great Karinka and a great daughter of the famous Karta. Vernaya, full sibling of Volnaia (Naftalin x Vakansia), gave Vinograd (Drug), CEI*** and best endurance horse of Russia for this moment. Good blood never lies !

Vikuba is a charismatic and very showy mare, born in 2000 at Brouwer Arabians, in The Nederlands. Showed since her earlier age, she collected very nice results, for example, she was named champion mare in 2005, before to be exported in Germany.
Very feminine, Vikuba carries so precious qualities I like so much in the russian bloodlines : a superb morphology, a very raffined type as well as dream movements, a great mind and a faultless pedigree, in the direct line of her sire, the *Elite stallion Kubay Khan. Vikuba present a very interesting in breeding on the legendary mare Karta (one of the fourth queens of Tersk), founder of the K damline and on her daughter the famous Karinka, full sibling of Kilimandscharo and the dam of Drug, Karnaval, Kosmonaut, Koldunia, etc. This bloodline is known to produce performers both in races and on the show grounds.
Vikuba brings to Faber Arabians her show potential and her prooven sportive bloodlines. Beyond doubt, she will give typy and very versatile offspring, able to perform in show and in sport. In addition, she has four dark feet and I very like it ! I'm already impatient to discover her future foals !
